So we've got some major things to talk to you about today. Today'stopic is a kind of big one. The seven major signs. If you'relooking for signs right I got a sign behind me. You can't let it'son the floor. You can't see. We had major flooding in Michigan.My studios kind of a mess right now, but it says if you're looking fora sign, this is it, and it's just a playful little sleepingbut let's talk about these seven major signs that your life just maybe isn't whereyou want it to be and hopefully you can leave today a little inspiration tomake your next bold move. So let's get right into today's topic. We'vegot a couple of ground to cover. The major one. I want tobegin with seven major signs that's your life might be a little off. Ifyou're just joining us, hello, welcome, let's get into this, all right. Number One, maybe you've encountered this one. It's called this SundayBlues. If you're in a place right now where you every single Sunday youshow up and you're like a Monday, you're dreading Monday, that is asign that maybe, maybe it's time for you to read just change something.Maybe don't have to do an entire career change, but maybe something small tobring more passion into your life. ...know, I was watching a stantthe Stanford commencement speech by Steve Jobs. Maybe you've seen this one and Iremember that he went into this and he's saying this really powerful thing about ifI wake up enough times every day and I ask myself the question and Ilove what I'm about to do with my life right now, and if youdon't feel that passion too many days in a row, it just might betime for a change. So this is one of the some of the thingsthat I just want to challenge you. Now. This is live, bythe way. Go ahead and throw it in the comments if you want togive this video a like. I love likes. If you do, what does it feel like to you? Isit sound like to you, and how does it come across for you?Is it just energy? Whatever it is, this is one of the first majorsigns that maybe it's time for you to, as the old adage goes, check yourself before you wreck yourself. All right, let's go into topicnumber two. This is a big one. This is a sign not just fromlife, to sign from your body, something coming from your body that says, man, I'm having trouble digesting a lot. So if you arepopping the tongues a lot, not, not now. Mind you, someof you might have some legitimate in medical issues that are keeping you from havinga healthy belly, but for a lot of us, this, this challengecomes from just needing, just feeling this constant acid build up. It's reflux, it's it's just uncomfortableness that continues. And here's what I here's what I'mhoping that you hear from you on this one. Sometimes the belly issue isnot the belly issue. Sometimes what's happening is we're having trouble digesting our life. You feel, man, that sometimes...

...like we're having trouble processing all thethings and the realities that were facing, the things that we're going through,and we're just having trouble digesting it and our body's giving us a sign.It's like, Hey, listen you, I thing what you want it tobe is time to make some changes and if you're getting that message from yourbody, it's probably for good reason. And I would challenge you, guys, and call you guys to honor that. That's coming from you all. Right. Now, before we get too far into all this, I wantto share something with you. Just say you guys have context of the lifejourney, something we do here here at like you see life. I justreally believe in honoring the human journey. So I'm going to take a littleside step here. I'm going to share my screen here with you. Sothis is this is just a map I share with my private coaching clients.Something of us is the map of life. But maybe you guys have heard ofthis thing called the seasons of life. Now I'm come over here, Ishare this with you. I just wanted to stay where you are inyour life right now. So let's ask answer that question. Where are youright now in the journey of life? For some of you, in termsof these seasons, you're very much in the autumn, the season of harvest. This is where we reap what we've sown, and some of you havesewn a lot and you've reaked a lot, and your joyful and celebrations, thethings and the challenges you've overcome and the things you're able to achieve,a putting your blood sweat, equity, maybe even with tears into that andthat's where you are. So for some of us it is the best oftimes and then for others the worst of times. We course, we justthrough COVID and a lot of people lost their jobs. I mean, maybefor you this is a season or time in your life where it just feelslike you're not really happy with where you are and you're maybe feeling like alittle tug, little hug from life going it's time for something new. That'swhen we enter on my favorite seasons, the season of winter. The seasonof winter, if course, is a time for change. It's when everything, the old, leaves and it leaves...

...room for the new to come in. Now this is a challenging time for some people. Some winters we gothrough voluntarily and some other winters we feel literally thrown into. So, whetheryou're tossed into winter or it's your own winter of your own making, thewinter can be a really transformative time. But what comes after that? Ohyeah, is spring. This is this beautiful time of planting something new,and maybe that's where you are right now, planting something new, or maybe you'rejust you're entering winter. You feel it's time to enter winter and ofcourse we push through all the challenges as we ascend through summer and we achievea new harvest season. So while we're going through all this, I justwant to set that as context is everything we're talking about today with these signsthat it might be time. Usually these signs are coming to us at atime of comfort zones, a time of maybe even discomfort zones, but we'recomfortable in the discomfort. You what I'm talking about. Those are the challengesthat I think a lot of us face. But I want to go back tothese assists as context of what we're doing here. So let me goback here. So number one, we talked about one sign is the SundayBlues. Another sign can be a lot of challenges with digestion and in adigesting your life. Number three, this one I've definitely felt myself do.Maybe you felt it as well. Let me know in the comments. Whatyou've done is avoidance or escapism. This is where we maybe drink a littletoo much to get some distance, or we we eat too much right,so maybe some of it's it's just sweets, whatever we're doing to just get away. It kind of reminds me of that Lenny Kravitz Song, like Iwant to get away. That's usually for that way with my kids. ButSid side that, a lot of times we are running or via this feelingwe want to get out of our life and whether you're drinking more or you'replaying more video games or you just you're kind of burning your time in yourlife and you're not spending and investing it...

...in a way that you know isgoing to make a big change, because you thinking, what's the point?It's not like life's going to change. And I don't want to get toodeep or too sad or anything like that, but I definitely want to call someof these things out that a lot of us go through. So ifyou're feeling the Sunday blues and if you're feeling some digestion your belly, maybeI'm both. But also if you find yourself doing this thing more and justto have an honest conversation here, maybe that's a sign that you should paya little more attention to. That could be the major thing that changes thingsand makes things better, and I just want to offer that to you guys. Now let's go on to number three, number four. Here number four is, and this is one I have personally felt a lot. Talk tome in the comments, let me know if this is something that you've experienced. To it's the squeeze, the squeeze. I remember when I was in aplace in my life where I was not properly processing what I was goingthrough, my feelings, my emotions, all of it. I felt thistightening, squeezing in my throat, like there's so much I wanted to saythat I wasn't saying, and what my body was trying to tell me atthe time was, Patrick, you're not speaking your truth. There's some truththat you are not fully presenting to yourself or to the world, and you'retelling lies, lies to yourself, lies to other people, and that holdingin of the voice tends to create this squeezing. Let me know if that'ssomething that you've ever experienced, and I personal experience for maybe it's not inyour throat. Maybe for you it's in the shoulders, maybe maybe it's justalways my souldier everything so tight constantly, or maybe it's in your chest.Feel like this literal weight on your chest going through every single day. Theseguys, these are the things that we ignore. Okay, these are thethings that we we just we hear, we feel them and we just shovethem off and tif today's messages, anything is let's stop shoving it off.It's time to pay attention and give credibility...

...to what your life or God orthe universe or whatever you feel as calming to you right now in your life. It's coming at you with some evidence, coming at you with some signs,and those signs are something that we should really be paying a little moreattention to. Okay, let's go into number five. This is outside ofthe Sunday Blues and the belly is your pizzlo. You're like, Patrick,I got this is my this is my life. You're like, you've gotmy life on the piece of paper, and that's okay, okay, avoidance, escapism that you're seeing, lots of tightness and squeezing your chest, you'releaven. Your breath feels constrained right, but lear really, one of themajor signs that life, it just isn't going your way or not the wayyou truly want it to be, is if you're just not getting the resultsthat you want to get in your life. I mean, there's nothing wrong withfalling short of the mark. There's nothing wrong with falling, but it'sgetting back up that builds the character. You with me on that? It'sgetting back up that teaches us what we really made of. So, whereveryou are right now in your life and whatever season you're in, I justwant to present this to you've got two more, by the way. Thisnumber six months. This personal for me as a parent. Just persistently anedge. We're in that space where you're just persistently like feeling like like anything. The Cup is just so full that anything, anything else, is justgoing to tip it over. That might be a good sign for you thatit's time to get some change going. Now. The question I'm sure you'reasking. We're going to get to this in just a second, so hangwith me. The question I imagine asking is will patch of what do Ido about that? I like beginning to start making these changes. I've gotyou covered. Running get to that and about thirty seconds. Hang with mehere. Okay, I do want to make sure that I call these thingsout of got one major other one, the last one in the list.It's a big one. It might be one of the biggest one, themost common ones. Again, these are signs that we are there but weare ignoring so, whatever these signs are for you, my challenge you wasn'tjust to recognize them, it's to notice...

...that you're ignoring them and maybe it'stime for you, in the season of your life, to say enough enough. Let's go to the last one, number seven, big one for alot of people. Restless sleep. I mean you're staying there, you're layingin bed, just thoughts constantly in your brain, constantly there. You're unableto focus or unable to sleep and of course that's just affects your next dayand your next day and your next day. And it's this idea that when youput your head on your pillow there's something that is not resting. Or, as few and apple put it in one of her breakthrough albums, I'mtitle, and her song, she said, the song goes, I don't wantto live a life that wakes me in the night. I think it'sworth repeating. Let me say it again. I don't want to live a lifethat wakes me in the night. So, wherever you are in yourseason, whatever you're going through, I hope that these seven signs have havegiven you an opportunity to have a little moment to yourself, a little wakeupcall, a little little concept of what's possible the future. But let's talkwhat what to do with it now. In a previous video, and ifyou're watching on Youtube, I will. I will link at and read aboutthere, we did talk a lot about the process of making this change,change once you've realized that it's time for you. And so I'll leave youwith this thought as you're going into your week is you're getting ready, gettingfired up. I hope that fun I hope I am inspiring. Story connectedto you. You said, wow, I'm I'm going to maybe get intothis week with some energy, and I also hope that maybe, maybe,just maybe, some part of you said I love is not Patrick. I'mhitting my threshold here, like I don't want to. I deserve better thanthis and you do deserve the best, the happiest, most successful life youcan and we're here to help you with that. But at first begins withacknowledging some truth, and I hope today gave you some truth to acknowledge.And so here's my instruction to you in terms of next steps, except one. Just put your you. We've spent some time in building some attention todayput our attention to a top of bold...

...some awareness. I hope that awarenessstuck with you, hopefully letting those wake up calls maybe wake you up alittle bit. But once you've had the awareness, now the next part ofthe process is acceptance. For you to say one this is true. Iaccept that, this is my truth, this is my experience as what's happening, it's going on, and I also accept that I deserve more. Ihave a longing inside for me. Whether you think it's from yourself, yoursoul, God, the universe, whatever you want to say, your ownKarma, there's something in you that deserves life at a higher level and maybethat's a major change for you. Maybe it's mine or change for you wouldself care. Maybe it's a made to change for your health. Maybe it'sa change for you in your careers, whatever that is for you, mychallenge you'd be accept that that's what you want. And what's going to happenin action after that level of acceptance? Well, that's going to be unfoldedfor you after he's accepted it, but not until you've accepted it. Solisten. I hope you guys got some good value out of today.
